Policies for Guests

No check-ins or checkouts permitted on Saturdays.
Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout time is 11 am.
Quiet hours are from 11 pm – 9 am.
No parties or events are allowed without prior written agreement.
Only paid guests are allowed to stay overnight.
The retreat is for adults 18+ only (unless you have booked a private event).
We suggest reading through the FAQ and our terms and conditions before booking.

Bookings & Cancellations

50% of the fee is due at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due at check-in.
Cancellations with 48 hours of notice will receive their full deposit back.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of their reservation.

Information About Your Stay

Do you allow pets?

No, we do not allow pets to stay at Ravens Hallow, however we do love animals. Our property is home to goats, kunekune pigs, sheep, chickens, ducks, turkeys, dogs, cats and rabbits.

What are the animals like?

Ravens Hallow is a hobby farm and you must enjoy being surrounded by animals. You can expect dogs, cats, goats, sheep, pigs, ducks and geese.

Is smoking allowed?

There is no smoking inside the domes or around the property. However, smoking is permitted as long as you remain on the deck of your dome. Ashtrays will be provided. And yes, we are 420-friendly, but you are limited to smoking on your deck patio.

Are you LGBTQ+ friendly?

We sure are. We operate an inclusive resort where everyone (over 18) is welcome. Ravens Hollow is a place where you can unwind and be yourself.

Is there internet access?

As nice as it is to unplug from your everyday existence up here, we appreciate the need to stay connected. Wi-Fi is available in all our domes. What you won’t find are any TVs or phones inside your room. If you require some entertainment, we offer a library of books and games available for your enjoyment.

What are the communal areas on your property?

We have several areas all guests are free to share.

What are the domes like?

Your accommodations at Raven’s Hollow were designed by Phoenix Domes. Each one provides 530 square feet of immaculate living space with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including:

One king bed
One queen bed (loft, climbing ladder required)
Clean linens and towels
Indoor bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
Eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner and soap
Fully equipped kitchen with utensils, pots and pans, toaster oven, fridge with freezer, and induction plate
First aid kit

How much does it cost to Kayak, Canoe, or Snowshoe?

Kayak/Canoe Rentals (June-Sept)

Do you offer special occasion packages?

Yes! We can create a custom special occasion setup for your guests, including decorating, charcuterie boards, cakes, flowers, balloons, and rose petal beds. Just let us know your budget and we’ll work within it. Email or call us to get started!

Getting Here

The wooded hideaway of Ravens Hollow is a mere stone’s throw away from Flin Flon, Manitoba, Canada, a.k.a. “The City Built on Rock.”

Well, that’s maybe a slight exaggeration of distance, but if you’ve made it to Flin Flon, you’re very close to our site.

Head north on Hwy #10. The highway crosses White Lake (the causeway after you drive over Schist Lake). Make an immediate left once you’re past the White Lake causeway. Look for the Ravens Hollow sign in our driveway.
